Pour 15ml of the mouthwash into your mouth, swish for 30 seconds & make sure it reaches all teeth. Gargle for 30 to 60 seconds to reach the back of your tongue, then spit out the mouthwash.
We recommend that you do not rinse your mouth with water after using the mouthwash, to avoid fading the fluoride content in the product, instead, spit out the excess mouthwash and let the fluoride do its work.
